What data
What you write in the order form: name, phone, email if you give one, the order details (occasion, cake, weight, writing, pick-up day, time and shop), allergies and requests.
What for
To prepare your order and confirm it with you by phone. We don’t use these details for advertising and we don’t sell them.
Who else sees it
The form goes through the Web3Forms service, which keeps a copy and emails the order to the bakery’s Gmail (Google) inbox. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. In this demo version, orders reach the author of the demo, not the bakery.
How long we keep it
The bakery keeps the details only as long as needed to handle the order. The copy at Web3Forms follows that service’s retention rules.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to girassolencomendas@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
